From the director of This Years Love comes a new romantic comedy. The story revolves around three couples trying their best to solve their relationship problems and get the person that their heart desires most, unfortunately for them this isn't as straightforward as it seems. As we all know the path to true love is full of obsticles.

Frankie (Ferguson) is having quite a time of it getting over his nasty ex-wife and is making major moves on a new and improved version, the very stuck up posh bitch (Williams) who isn't playing ball. Fergus (Morrisey), is an unsuccessful musician who is at an all time low and is doing everything in his power to rekindle the relationship with his lost love (Horrocks).

Useless criminal Eddie (Mistry) is hypnotically drawn to the quite barmy Jocelyn (McCormack) who is quite absorbed with death, illness, and all things macabre. Basically these people need help and who is on hand to sort their lives out but the local friendly cab driver.

This film has a myriad of emotions; you feel like weeping one minute and wetting your pants with laughter the next. It is not high drama so don't expect the Oscars to come rolling in but if you are looking for a funny, charming and not overly sentimental (until the very end) romantic comedy then Born Romantic could be just the film for you and at a frugal 100 minutes you don't get the time to get bored.
